These documents are the evidence behind our claim to be a real factory, not a trader: a business registration in Xiamen, a production plant registration in Longyan, a technical data sheet for our gold-grade GAC, a sample COA, quality-management documentation and full shipping paperwork. Together they cover every check a CIP/CIL buyer makes before ordering — 20+ years of production, a 10,000 m² plant with two activation furnaces, and a COA issued with every batch.
1. Business Registration (Xiamen)

3. Sample Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Every shipment carries a COA for that exact batch, tested to GB/T methods in our own QC laboratory. View a sample COA, download the COA template (PDF) to see exactly which parameters we report and by which method — and we encourage you to re-test the delivered lot in your own lab.
4. Quality Management
Our production follows ISO 9001-style quality management (documented procedures, batch traceability, in-house QC lab with iodine/hardness/moisture testing). We are in the process of formal ISO 9001 certification. Every batch is traceable from raw material receipt to shipment.
5. Shipping & Transport Documentation
Coconut shell activated carbon is classified for sea freight under UN 1362 (Class 4.2 — self-heating solid). Every shipment includes an English MSDS (16-section), transport classification certificate, packing list, commercial invoice, and COA. Packing: 25 kg PP bags or 500/1000 kg jumbo bags with inner PE liner, palletized and shrink-wrapped — moisture-protected for long West African inland hauls (e.g., Abidjan/Dakar to Bamako). We coordinate these documents with our freight forwarder so the cargo moves without customs delays.
6. Third-Party Testing Welcome
Buyers routinely send our samples to independent laboratories (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) or use in-house labs. We welcome pre-shipment inspection for container orders and provide full documentation for customs clearance.

The TDS lists our typical specifications with the test method for every parameter, including the gold adsorption indicators R-value (52–58% of equilibrium loading within 2 hours, GB/T 32992—2016) and K-value (8–12 kg Au/t in high-grade circuits). The COA template shows the format and the parameters of the batch certificate that ships with every order.
