## 4. Quality Management

Our production follows ISO 9001-style quality management (documented procedures, batch traceability, in-house QC lab with iodine/hardness/moisture testing). We are in the process of formal ISO 9001 certification. Every batch is traceable from raw material receipt to shipment.

## 5. Shipping & Transport Documentation

Coconut shell activated carbon is classified for sea freight under **UN 1362 (Class 4.2 — self-heating solid)**. Every shipment includes an English **MSDS (16-section)**, transport classification certificate, packing list, commercial invoice, and COA. Packing: 25 kg PP bags or 500/1000 kg jumbo bags with inner PE liner, palletized and shrink-wrapped — moisture-protected for long West African inland hauls (e.g., Abidjan/Dakar to Bamako). We coordinate these documents with our freight forwarder so the cargo moves without customs delays.

## 6. Third-Party Testing Welcome

Buyers routinely send our samples to independent laboratories (SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas) or use in-house labs. We welcome pre-shipment inspection for container orders and provide full documentation for customs clearance.

Yes — buyers routinely send our samples to independent laboratories such as SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas, and we also run side-by-side bottle-roll tests on the buyer's own ore and solution.

Is the COA issued for every batch or only on request? +
Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis covering iodine, hardness, moisture, ash and particle size, with the test method stated on the certificate.
